First when I arrived, beautiful building,inside reception looks better than 3* hotel. Receptionist was welcoming, explain everything. Room was clean, terrace with beautiful view to old Town. Excellent location, everything around. Cozy big bed with lights close to bed,air conditioner was working perfect.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. They allow to have pets, and that is always a plus. It was close enough to the city center, with several options to have dinner nearby.

The bedroom and bathroom were fairly spacious. Our room was on the top floor with a terrace overlooking the city cathedral. The staff was very friendly and gave us three taxi companies to choose from as we were going to a festival out of town.

Good internet connection, spacious room and great bathroom, towels availability and changed upon request, air conditioning, tv facility, great location and pleasant staff

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Bonus was a fridge in the room which I didn't expect. You leave 20 Euros at reception as a deposit for the key of your safe which is in your room. Much easier than putting in a code.

Just a pretty good / standard hotel room. Everything was OK, but not much more to say about it.

TheReceptionist Adelaida was extremely courteous and helpful. I couldn’t have done as well without her help!The staff in the Ataula restaurant was excellent. Jesus was very helpful with my menu selections. My room was very clean and I loved the small terrace.

The bathroom was excellent. The wide staircase makes it easy to access the rooms if you have something large and can't use the medium to small lift. They helped me with a face mask when I needed to go to the pharmacy.
